The most famous role she played was in the role of Melody Fuller on Amazon Studios' Original Series Gortimer Gibbon's Life on Normal Street. Ashley played Jessica Finch, a character in the comedy Judy Moody's Not Bummer Summer in 2011. Her fame was boosted in 2012 as the voice of several bears and rat characters in the animated film Ernest & Celestine which starred Forest Whitaker Lambert Wilson Pauline Brunner. The movie is based on the friendship that Ernest the bear shares along with Celestine the mice. The movie received fourteen of the 29 nominations they received, and also the Oscar.
